What does white labelled mean?
Put simply, it means we become an extension of your current team, working under your branding.
We always introduce ourselves as a member of your estate agency, we email from your email addresses and we answer calls made to your office number.
But how?
All we require from you is an email log in to use and ‘Sales Progression’ adding as an option on your phone system and the rest takes care of itself!
When/How Do We Take Over?
We take over from the point the Memorandum of Sale issued by yourselves. What we find works really well is for you send a handover email to each the buyer and sellers, copying us in and introducing us. This then becomes a seamless transition from you being their point of contact to us.
The rest is left to us until the point of exchange of contracts. We then hand back over to you to arrange key collection etc.

Each agency is given their own dedicated progressor to ensure both yourself and your clients always know who they need to speak to. When your progressor is on annual leave, your urgent cases and exchanges will still be looked after by another member of our team.
We work 51 weeks a year, closing only for the Christmas period to ensure you and your clients are constantly looked after.
